THE PAST HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT
1975:) To establish Rong Fu Industrial Co., Ltd. which located at Ching Wu East Road, East District of Taichung, Taiwan, by three brothers of Lin, with 20 employees, the main product was vise, monthly output 50,000pcs and selling to all over the world.
1982: Awarded “ Golden Dragon” in national machines , UL” mark and excellent export factory award from Taiwan Government.
1990: Invested in developing, mass production and selling of Pneumatic Tools. The beginning of ISO-9000 system bring-in.
1992:Pneumatic Tools, Milling/drilling Machines and band saws had sanctioned by the ISO-9002 approval.
1995:To establish Zone King Industrial Co., Ltd. in order to emphasize management and provide the best service.
1996:The first manufactory to get official “ CE” mark certification for Pneumatic Tools in Taiwan.
Invested to add high precision processing machines ; Invested US$ 100,000 for purchasing examine equipments and two sets of “Skidmore” digital Torque tester in order to improve and steady the quality.
1997:Zone King was honored to get the best supplier reward from Campbell Hausfeld due to the excellent quality control (only 0.004% defects ratio) and always ship on time.
2001:Zone King was honored to get ISO-9001 Quality Assurance Certificate.It&39s the first Pneumatic tools factory to get this Certificate in Taiwan.
2002:Developed several new Hi-quality Professional Twin Hammer mechanism & Pin Clutch mechanism Air Impact Wrenches.
2004:Developing a series of Composite grip Pneumatic tools.
2007: Developing High power composite Air Impact Wrench Wrench. Added one new Vacuum Kit for selling in U.S.A.
2009 Developing 3/8” & 3/4” High power composite Air Impact Wrenches |
